This framed map shows the northern sky with hand colored engravings of the major constellations, star positions and magnitudes, meridians and months of the year. It is marked, "Plate VI, Northern Circumpolar Map for each Month in the Year. Engraved by W. G. Evans New York, under the Direction of E. H. Burritt. Hartford, published by F. J. Huntington 1835, Entered according to act of Congress Sept. 1st 1832 by F. J. Huntington, of the State of Connecticut." It shows Cassiopeia, Perseus, Camelopardalis, The Lynx, Auriga, Ursa Major, Draco, Ursa Minor, Cepheus, Cygnus and others.
