Harper's Pictorial History of the Civil War No. 5. Peach; black; white. Paper. The engraved cover shows Lady Liberty holding the flag, two other women sit beside her, one writing the other drawing. Tall ships and a battle scene is in the background. It is marked, "Star Series, Vol. II, No. 5. May 14,1894., Chicago, Star Publishing Company, Illinois. It is one of a series of reprints of Harpers original engravings and text covering the war.
