Harper's Weekly Civil War Cavalry Officers 1864. Black; cream. Paper. This original issue is marked, Vol. VIII.--No. 409., New York, Saturday, October 29, 1864. The cover engraving is titled, "A Group of Cavalry Officers." It is labeled, "Merritt, Kautz, Wilson." The three mounted offices stand in an oval framed scene. The issue contains full and half page engravings. ; THIS IS AN ORIGINAL WOOD ENGRAVING.
