Harper's Weekly Civil War Garibaldi 1862. Black, cream, paper. This origial issue is marked, "Harpers Weekly, Vol. VI.--No. 304, New York, Saturday, October 25, 1862. Its cover engraving is titled, "Garibaldi, Wounded and A Prisoner." It shows him sitting on a chair, his bandaged foot on a stool. An armed guard stands in the background. The artist is identified as M. Beauce.; THIS IS AN ORIGINAL WOOD ENGRAVING.
