Harper's Weekly Civil War General Sigel 1862. Black; cream. Paper. This original engraved issue is marked, "Harpers Weekly, Vol. VI.--No. 303., New York, Saturday, October 18, 1862." The cover engraving is titled, "Major-General Franz Sigel, Commanding Twelfth Corps Army of The Potomac.--From a drawing by Mr. Emil Sigel." It shows the general on his horse. ; THIS IS AN ORIGINAL WOOD ENGRAVING.
