Early Ladder-back Chair. Red-brown finish. Wood and splint. This turned and carved chair has two back slats, seven stretchers, cantered, thumbprint posts that curve back and tapered legs. There are traces of painted bamboo rings and red paine. It has a replaced splint seat.
