The dial is marked, "E. T. The Extra-Terrestrial." It is in a black leather pouch marked, "MCA Home Video, Amblin Entertainment, Pepsi." It has the MCA and Pepsi logos. The bottom of the clock has a gold label marked, "DynaDisc quartz clock with Logo Motion. Made in U.S.A." It also has operating instructions and a limited warranty from Display-Tec/Meteor. It has its original white cardboard box.
