• Determining conditions is inherently a subjective process.
• We make you aware of an item's condition by including dimensions, weight, defining characteristics and by using multiple pictures when possible.
• Additional pictures or information of an item can be requested by using this form.
• Our goal is to make you feel comfortable with your item(s) before you purchase.
• However, purchasing items over the Internet, via phone, catalog or any other medium where you are not able to physically inspect the item carries a certain amount of risk; especially with items such as antiques. We do everything in our power to make sure you understand the condition of an item before you purchase.
• However, we cannot be held liable for any unseen marks, wear and tear, misunderstood dimensions or any other surprises that may or may not have been described to you through an item's description on our website or by additional conversations using our email form or phone.
