  • We want you to be at ease and completely comfortable in making your purchase with us.
    1. You have thirty days to return your item(s) after receipt 1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or contact us and follow these steps:
      • We will acknowledge your return request by email.
      • You will receive a notification from either PayPal or us letting you know that your refund has been processed. In either case our cost of shipping will not be refunded.
      • You should return the item using the same carrier.
      • Please use the original packaging.
      • Insure the item for its purchase price.
      • Use delivery tracking with return receipt.
      • You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance; unless other arrangements are agreed to.
      • The item must be received in the same condition as when it was sold.
      • We may charge a 5% restocking fee depending on the circumstances.
      • Once we receive the item, you can expect to receive a refund (less the restocking fee and our cost for shipping) within five business days.
    2. Before you place an order please refer to our conditions, pricing and product descriptions policies for more information. And do not hesitate to contact us for more information on details such as requesting additional pictures, the pricing methodology we use and provenance or historical information.
    3. We want to work with you, our valued customer, to ensure that all of your questions or concerns are resolved before shipping. Please understand that we are a small business and cannot get into disputes over a product's condition, dimensions or weight. We want your repeat business and positive referrals and will work with you to ensure your are satisfied with your transaction.

    1. Shipping/packing/insurance charges will not be refunded on returns.
    2. On international orders:
      • We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover cards as well as PayPal payments; currency conversion is handled by the credit card company and you may be charged an additional "fee".
      • We do not accept checks, eChecks or money orders.
      • We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the additional and variable costs of customs processing.
