Harper's Weekly Civil War Loudon Height 1861. Black, cream, paper. This original page contains four engravings. The first original engraving is titled, "The Conestoga and Lexington, United States Gun-Boats on the Mississippi.--(Sketched by Alexander Simplot.)." It shows the gun-boats under steam, flying American flags. The second engraving is titled, "The Loudon Height Across The Potomac, Opposite The Position Lately Occupied by General Banks--Harpers Ferry in the Distance." The third engraving is titled, "Ruins of The Bridge Across The Potomac at Berlin." The fourth engraving is titled, "The Hotel at Centerville, Virginia."; THIS IS AN ORIGINAL WOOD ENGRAVING.
